Terms of Service

PolyTutor is a language-learning service. You save web articles and PolyTutor turns them into personalized reading and vocabulary lessons, helping you learn a language through content you actually care about.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. You must provide a valid email address when signing up.

You keep ownership of any content you save to PolyTutor. By using the service, you grant PolyTutor a limited licence to store and process that content solely to provide the service to you — for example to generate translations, lessons, and track your vocabulary. We don't use your saved content for any other purpose.

Articles you save are owned by their original publishers. You're responsible for saving content only for your own personal, non-commercial study. PolyTutor is not a content distribution service.

Translations, lessons, and vocabulary explanations are generated by machine learning models and may contain mistakes or inaccuracies. Don't rely on them where accuracy is critical.

Please don't abuse the service. That means: no attempting to disrupt or overload the service, no automated or bulk access without permission, and no using PolyTutor in any unlawful way.

PolyTutor is a young service, provided "as is" and without warranty. Features may change or be removed. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PolyTutor's liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the twelve months preceding any claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use PolyTutor after an update means you accept the revised terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated.
